2 days in New Braunfels Itinerary

Built upon the back of an older cotton-producing town called Gruene, New Braunfels pays tribute to its heritage by maintaining part of the historical town--its post office, general store, and dance hall among other buildings--inside the city limits.

On the 3rd (Fri), don't miss a visit to New Braunfels, get some fabulous bargains at San Marcos Premium Outlets, and then see a world frozen in time at Gruene Historic District. Keep things going the next day: immerse yourself in nature at Pedernales Falls State Park, then walk around Hinman Island Park, and then stroll around Landa Park.
