Gateway to the West
A major transportation hub, Omaha was once considered little more than a stopping point on a pioneer's journey west.Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 27th (Tue): get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Henry Doorly Zoo, identify plant and animal life at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Kanesville Tabernacle, and finally walk around Lewis & Clark Landing and Riverfront Park.
