Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Chihuly Garden and Glass and Seattle Art Museum. Step out of the city life by going to Mount Ellinor and Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Seattle: Rocky Brook Falls Trail (in Brinnon), Cushman Trail (in Gig Harbor) and Olympic National Park (Hood Canal, Lower Big Quilcene Trail, &more). Augusta–Richmond County is a consolidated city-county on the central eastern border of the U.S. Step out of the city life by going to Cayce Riverwalk and Congaree Creek Heritage Preserve. Callaway Plantation and Ninety Six National Historic Site are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Augusta: Washington (Robert Toombs House State Historic Site & Washington Historical Museum), Lake Greenwood State Park (in Ninety Six) and Sea Lion Landing (in Columbia). There's much more to do: steep yourself in history at Redcliffe Plantation State, identify plant and animal life at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park, explore the landscape on two wheels at North Augusta Greenway Trail, and take an in-depth tour of Georgia's Old Governor's Mansion.
