Georgia’s largest city and capital, Atlanta is a thriving metropolis anchored by its southern roots.
Explore Atlanta's surroundings by going to LaGrange (Hills & Dales Estate & Wild Leap Brew Co.). The largest city on the Mississippi River, Memphis bills itself as both the "Birthplace of Rock" and "Home of the Blues." With such a rich musical heritage, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Elvis Presley chose to live in Memphis during his later years.
Explore Memphis' surroundings by going to Collierville TN Historic District (in Collierville) and Horseshoe Tunica (in Tunica). There's still lots to do: examine the collection at Graceland, appreciate the extensive heritage of Beale Street, steep yourself in history at The Peabody Ducks, and sample some tasty brews at Tastin' 'Round Town.
