Munising is a city on the southern shore of Lake Superior on the Upper Peninsula of the U.S. Get a sense of the local culture at Fayette Historic State Park and Pictured Rocks Interpretive Center. Take a break from the city and head to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and Munising Falls. Change things up with a short trip to Palms Book State Park in Manistique (about 1h 05 min away).
