A busy city on the Gulf Coast, Biloxi is one of the nation's oldest communities, first settled by Europeans in 1699.
Start off your visit on the 3rd (Sun): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, explore the different monuments and memorials at Old Biloxi Cemetery, and then make a trip to Hurricane Katrina Memorial. On the 4th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: examine the collection at Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum, then kick back and relax at Front Beach, then take in the views from Biloxi Bay Bridge, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
