Hannibal is a city in Marion and Ralls counties in the U.S. Visiting Mark Twain Cave and Cameron Cave and Long Branch State Park will get you outdoors. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Rockcliffe Mansion and Lovers Leap. Step out of Hannibal with an excursion to West Winery in Macon--about 1h 20 min away. There's much more to do: steep yourself in history at Mark Twain Boyhood Home, browse the collection at Hannibal Free Public Library, and wander the streets of Historic Downtown Hannibal.
