A tiny city just 16 km (10 mi) long, Marathon is spread across several islands in the middle of the Florida Keys.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Scuba & Snorkeling and Crane Point Museum & Nature Center. Step out of the city life by going to Dolphin Research Center and Sombrero Beach. Take a break from Marathon with a short trip to Fishing Charters & Tours in Islamorada, about 38 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: take in the views from Seven Mile Bridge, tour the pleasant surroundings at Bahia Honda State Park, and identify plant and animal life at The Turtle Hospital.

Located just 140 km (90 mi) from Cuba, Key West is an island only about 6.4 km (4 mi) long and 1.6 km (1 mi) wide.
Key West Cemetery and Truman Little White House are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Visit Key West Garden Club and Fort Zachary Taylor for their historical value. Spend the 2nd (Thu) exploring nature at Dry Tortugas National Park.
