Lancaster is a charter city in northern Los Angeles County, in the Antelope Valley of the western Mojave Desert in Southern California. Get out of town with these interesting Lancaster side-trips: Six Flags Magic Mountain (in Santa Clarita) and Running Horse Ranch (in Lake Hughes).
