Ironwood is a city in Gogebic County in the U.S. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Houghton Falls Nature Preserve and Timm's Hill County Park. Take a break from the city and head to Gooseberry Falls State Park and Black River Harbor Recreation Area. Change things up with a short trip to Split Rock Lighthouse in Two Harbors (about 2 hours away).
