Carmel-by-the-Sea, often simply called Carmel, is a city in Monterey County, California, United States, founded in 1902 and incorporated on October 31, 1916. On the 12th (Sun), hike along Scenic Road Walkway, then stroll around Garland Ranch Regional Park, then look for gifts at AiX, and finally get to know the fascinating history of Pacific Grove Oceanview Boulevard. On the 13th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: enjoy the sand and surf at Asilomar State Beach, look for all kinds of wild species at Point Lobos, and then do a tasting at Cima Collina.
