In many ways much more Asian than American, Honolulu is Hawaii's largest city and its center of government, transportation, commerce, and tourism.
Your day by day itinerary now includes Pillbox Hike, Mai Tai Bar at Royal Hawaiian Hotel and Beach Sunset Yoga Hawaii - Waikiki. The adventure continues: take in the pleasant sights at Diamond Head State Monument, kick back and relax at Waikiki Beach, and stroll around Kapiolani Regional Park.

Hana — 2 nights

Hana is one of the most isolated communities in Hawaii, with a permanent population of just over 1,000 people.
Start off your visit on the 16th (Sat): pause for some photo ops at Fagan's Cross and then stroll through Wai'anapanapa State Park. On the next day, look for gifts at Hana Tropicals, get great views at Ke‘anae Point, and then get impressive views of Haleakala Crater.

Perched at the western tip of Maui, the tourist hub of Ka'anapali offers a range of resorts and activities revolving around the beach.

Traveling by car from Hana to Ka'anapali takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of taxi and bus. When traveling from Hana in April, plan for little chillier days in Ka'anapali, with highs around 80°F, while nights are about the same with lows around 69°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 21st (Thu) so you can catch the flight back home.
