For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Visiting Beach at Daytona Beach and Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park will get you outdoors. Relax by the water at Cocoa Beach and Hightower Beach Park. Change things up with these side-trips from Orlando: Gallery of Local Art (in Flagler Beach), Florida Artists Gallery (in Floral City) and Baliker Gallery (in Palm Coast). Pack the 30th (Mon) with family-friendly diversions at Discovery Cove. Have a day of magic on the 1st (Tue) at Walt Disney World Resort. The adventure continues: make an unforgettable trip to World of Disney, take in the exciting artwork at The Hub on Canal, pick up a one of a kind souvenir at The Barn Antiques, and get in on the family fun at Universal Orlando Resort.
