The Alamo City

Step off the beaten path and head to San Antonio Museum of Art and Main Plaza. Witte Museum and Institute of Texan Cultures will appeal to museum buffs. Step out of San Antonio to go to Three Rivers and see Choke Canyon State Park, which is approximately 1h 25 min away. There's much more to do: gain some tasty knowledge on Cottonwood Wine Tours, steep yourself in history at The Guenther House Museum, get a taste of the local shopping with Pearl Farmers Market, and sample the tasty concoctions at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling.

Oklahoma City to San Antonio is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Expect a bit warmer temperatures when traveling from Oklahoma City in February; daily highs in San Antonio reach 70°F and lows reach 48°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Wed) early enough to drive to Concan.

Concan — 2 nights
