Founded in 1701 by a French explorer and adventurer, Detroit exerted a profound impact on the world for most of the 20th century.Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Shiawassee Arts Center and The Town Peddler Craft and Antique Mall. Visiting Fishing Charters & Tours and Seven Ponds Nature Center will get you outdoors.
