Blowing Rock is a town in Watauga and Caldwell counties in the U.S. state of North Carolina. Get in touch with nature at Zipline and Mount Mitchell State Park. There's lots more to do: steep yourself in history at Moses H. Cone Memorial Park, tour the pleasant surroundings at Bass Lake, take a memorable drive along Blue Ridge Pkwy, and take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Grandfather Mountain.
