Orleans is a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, which is co-extensive with Cape Cod. Visit Nauset Lighthouse and Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary for their historical value. Take a break from the city and head to Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge and Nickerson State Park. Go for a jaunt from Orleans to Truro to see Highland Light about 32 minutes away.
