3 days in New Braunfels Itinerary

Built upon the back of an older cotton-producing town called Gruene, New Braunfels pays tribute to its heritage by maintaining part of the historical town--its post office, general store, and dance hall among other buildings--inside the city limits.

Venture out of the city with trips to Garrison Brothers Distillery (in Hye) and Fredericksburg (Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, Wildseed Farms, &more). And it doesn't end there: see a world frozen in time at Gruene Historic District, make a splash at Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels, walk around Landa Park, and take in the exciting artwork at Barn Pottery.
