Your day by day itinerary now includes Teach's Hole Blackbeard Exhibit as well as Ocracoke Pony Pens. Change things up with these side-trips from Ocracoke: Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site & Museum (in Rodanthe), Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum (in Hatteras Island) and Beaufort Historic Site Old Burying Ground (in Beaufort). There's much more to do: stroll the grounds of British Cemetery, get engrossed in the history at Ocracoke Preservation Museum, identify plant and animal life at Springers Point, and kick back and relax at Ocracoke Lifeguarded Beach.
