With a population of less than 300, Harpers Ferry is as quaint as they come.Head to Potomac Mills and True Treats Historic Candyfor plenty of shopping. Get outdoors at Antietam National Battlefield and Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Change things up with a short trip to Leesburg Premium Outlets in Leesburg (about 40 minutes away).
