An internationally known ski resort, Steamboat Springs sits in the shadow of Mount Werner in north central Colorado.
For shopping fun, head to Circle 7 Fine Art Gallery or Steamboat Art Company. Take a break from the city and head to Fishing Charters & Tours and Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Founded in 1859 as part of the Gold Rush in the Rockies, Breckenridge boasts a main street lined with colorful wooden storefronts housing cafes and shops, giving the effect of a thriving western town from the 19th century.
Take a break from the city and head to River Rafting & Tubing and Fairy Forest. Get a sense of the local culture at South Park City Museum and Temple Israel.
