Steeped in cultural and historical heritage, Philadelphia is known as the birthplace of U.S. democracy, as it was once the meeting place for the country's Founding Fathers.Kids will enjoy Philadelphia Zoo and National Constitution Center. Explore hidden gems such as Valley Forge National Historical Park and Rodin Museum. Venture out of the city with trips to Harrisburg (Fort Hunter Mansion and Park & The State Museum of Pennsylvania), Kreider Farms (in Manheim) and Indian Echo Caverns (in Hummelstown). Spend the 19th (Mon) exploring nature at Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site.
