Clinton

— 30 nights
Clinton is the largest city in DeWitt County, Illinois, United States. Venture out of the city with trips to Lincoln (Lincoln Heritage Museum, Postville Courthouse State Historic site, &more), Atlanta (Atlanta Public Library, Paul Bunyon Statue, &more) and Hand of Fate Brewing Company (in Petersburg). There's still lots to do: stroll through Allerton Park & Retreat Center, get a sense of history and politics at Mount Pulaski Courthouse State Historic Site, explore the different monuments and memorials at Funks Grove Church & Chapel in the Trees, and see the interesting displays at Funk Prairie Home Museum.

For photos, more things to do, and other tourist information, you can read our Clinton route planner.
