A small resort town with a year-round population of just 3,000, Provincetown draws nearly 60,000 annual visitors with its scenic beaches, art colonies, galleries, theaters, and shops.
You'll get in some beach time at Marconi Beach and Cape Cod National Seashore. Bring the kids along to Coast Guard Beach and Herring Cove Beach. Get out of town with these interesting Provincetown side-trips: Eastham (Salt Pond Visitor Center, Nauset Light Beach, &more) and Nauset Beach (in Orleans).
