Once the booming capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the tropical paradise of Lahaina still remains one of Maui's top vacation attractions, providing both culture and recreation.
Start off your visit on the 28th (Fri): admire the majestic nature at Iao Valley, meet the residents at Maui Ocean Center, and then make a trip to Lahaina Banyan Court. Here are some ideas for day two: kick back and relax at Napili Beach and then kick back and relax at Ka'anapali Beach.

Fly from Lahaina to Los Angeles in 10.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of bus, flight, and train. The time zone changes from Hawaii Standard Time to Pacific Standard Time, which is usually a 2 hour difference. Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Lahaina in June: high temperatures in Los Angeles hover around 30°C and lows are around 19°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Thu) to allow time to travel to Las Vegas.

Fly from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of bus and flight. Traveling from Los Angeles in July, expect nights in Las Vegas to be somewhat warmer, around 32°C, while days are much hotter, around 47°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 8th (Mon) early enough to travel to Orlando.
