Head to Fifth Avenue and Artists & Fleas at Chelsea Marketfor some retail therapy. Visiting Bronx Zoo and Speed Boats Tours will get you outdoors. Change things up with these side-trips from New York City: 8th Ave Jetty (in Asbury Park), Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge (in Oceanville) and Point Lookout Beach (in Point Lookout). The capital of the United States, the District of Columbia contains the lion's share of the country's most treasured monuments, memorials, and public museums.
Get outdoors at National Zoological Park and Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens. Get a sense of the local culture at National Air and Space Museum and Fell's Point. Venture out of the city with trips to Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary (in Lothian), Horseshoe Casino (in Baltimore) and Loch Raven Reservoir (in Phoenix). Georgia's oldest city, Savannah displays its colonial history proudly on every corner.
On the 18th (Tue), see majestic marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour and then kick back and relax at Coligny Beach.

For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Shop till you drop at The Mall at Millenia and Disney Springs. Kids will enjoy Discovery Cove and Walt Disney World Resort.
