Tombstone — 16 nights

Founded in 1877 as a mining camp, Tombstone became one of the most storied towns of the "Wild West." As one of the last frontier boomtowns in the United States, Tombstone prospered between 1880 and 1890, attracting cattle rustlers and outlaws.
Venture out of the city with trips to Texas Canyon (in Cochise), Benson (Kartchner Caverns State Park, Forever Home Donkey Rescue, &more) and Hereford (Coronado National Memorial, Coronado Peak Trail, &more). There's lots more to do: take an in-depth tour of O.K. Corral, examine the collection at Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park, stroll the grounds of Boothilll Graveyard, and stop by Johnny One Dog's Tombstone Sarsaparilla.
