Princeville is a 9,000acre, upscale, unincorporated, master-planned community of vacation homes and condos on the north shore of the island of Kauai in Kauai County, Hawaii. Escape the urban bustle at Na Pali Coast State Park and Hanalei Beach. Relax by the water at Ke'e Beach and Hanalei Bay. Noted for its low-key beaches, Kapaa is a small town with a high concentration of tourist-oriented hotels, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Head to Aloha Spice Company and Tabora Galleryfor plenty of shopping. Escape the urban bustle at Wailua Falls and Kauai Path. Venture out of the city with trips to Original Red Dirt Shirts (in Eleele), Kauai Coffee Company (in Kalaheo) and Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail (in Poipu). Next up on the itinerary: get great views at Sleeping Giant Trail, kick back and relax at Polihale State Park, take an unforgettable tour with a helicopter tour, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Kalapaki Beach.

In many ways much more Asian than American, Honolulu is Hawaii's largest city and its center of government, transportation, commerce, and tourism.
Museum-lovers will get to explore USS Arizona Memorial and USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Sunset Beach Park and Sharks Cove. Take a break from Honolulu with a short trip to Byodo-In Temple in Kaneohe, about 32 minutes away. There's much more to do: stroll through Koko Crater Railway Trail, explore the different monuments and memorials at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, examine the collection at Bishop Museum, and go for a walk through Diamond Head State Monument.
