Museum-lovers will appreciate The Metropolitan Museum of Art and New York Public Library. Visiting Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and Speed Boats Tours will get you outdoors. Get out of town with these interesting New York City side-trips: Cloverdale Farm County Park (in Barnegat), Hook Mountain State Park (in Valley Cottage) and Teatown Lake Reservation (in Ossining).
