Downtown Historic District and The Historic Carousel and Museum are good opportunities to explore the local culture. The Oregon Garden and Monteith District will appeal to history buffs. Explore Albany's surroundings by going to Amity (Brooks Wine, Keeler Estate Vineyard, &more), Benton County Historical Society and Museum (in Philomath) and Silver Falls State Park (in Drake Crossing).
