Canyonlands National Park

Bryce

Serving as a gateway to the adjacent Bryce Canyon National Park, the tiny town of Bryce draws outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers all year round.

Traveling from Monument Valley in July, things will get slightly colder in Bryce: highs are around 81°F and lows about 48°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Sat) early enough to drive to Zion National Park.

Cedar City is a city in Iron County, Utah, United States, 250mi south of Salt Lake City, and 180mi north of Las Vegas on Interstate 15. Step out of Cedar City to go to Kanab and see Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which is approximately 1h 30 min away. Spend the 14th (Sat) exploring nature at Parowan Gap Petroglyphs.
