Baton Rouge is the capital of the U.S. state of Louisiana and its second-largest city. On the 31st (Tue), see the interesting displays at Louisiana State Archives, then contemplate the long history of Nottoway Plantation, and then stroll around LSU Hilltop Arboretum.
