Though it may be less popular or touristy than its big brother Manhattan, Brooklyn boasts of one of the largest and hippest art districts in the United States.
Kick off your visit on the 25th (Fri): take in nature's colorful creations at Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Keep things going the next day: get to know the resident critters at Bronx Zoo and then wander the streets of Dyker Heights.
