Fritztown

The city of Fredericksburg was settled by German immigrants in the mid-19th century, and has managed to retain its distinctly German charm.
Start off your visit on the 24th (Tue): awaken your taste buds at some of the top wineries in the area, brush up on your military savvy at National Museum of the Pacific War, and then don't miss a visit to Main Street. On your second day here, brush up on your knowledge of spirits at Garrison Brothers Distillery, relax in the rural setting at Wildseed Farms, then admire the natural beauty at Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus, and finally explore the striking landscape at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.
