Jekyll Island — 1 night

On the 5th (Sun), stroll through Driftwood Beach, then steep yourself in history at Horton House, and then wander the streets of Jekyll Island Historic District. Keep things going the next day: look for all kinds of wild species at Georgia Sea Turtle Center, then see majestic marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Faith Chapel.
