Albuquerque remains one of the state's secret jewels, as its tourist attractions are often overshadowed by the more popular holiday destination of Santa Fe.
Popular historic sites such as Bandelier National Monument and Albuquerque Old Town are in your itinerary. Museum-lovers will appreciate New Mexico Steam Locomotive and Railroad Historical Society and Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Go for a jaunt from Albuquerque to Cochiti Pueblo to see Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument about 1h 10 min away.
