Originally little more than a simple camp constructed to house workers who built a nearby dam on the Colorado River, Page is now a popular stop for travelers preparing a trip to Arizona's canyon country.Escape the urban bustle at Grand Canyon South Rim and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Navajo Bridge and Wildcat Trail. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Page: Bright Angel Point (in Grand Canyon National Park) and Navajo National Monument (in Shonto). There's lots more to do: explore the stunning scenery at Antelope Canyon, enjoy some diversion at Gunfighter Canyon, explore the fascinating underground world of Waterholes Canyon, and enjoy the sand and surf at Lone Rock Beach.
