Plymouth
— 3 nights

America's Hometown
Rightly calling itself "America's Hometown," Plymouth holds a prominent place in the nation's history and culture as the site of the first Puritan colony. You'll explore and learn at Plimoth Patuxet and The Jenney. Plymouth Rock and National Monument to the Forefathers will appeal to history buffs. Explore Plymouth's surroundings by going to RISD Museum (in Providence), Fall River (Lizzie Borden House & Portugalia Marketplace) and Provincetown (Provincetown Town Hall, Race Point Beach, &more). There's still lots to do: steep yourself in history at Mayflower II, explore the galleries of Hedge House, appreciate the extensive heritage of Leyden Street, Plymouth Ma, and look and learn at Blake Planetarium.
