Named after one of the area's prominent original settlers, East Stroudsburg is a lively college town located in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania.Explore East Stroudsburg's surroundings by going to Blue Mountain Resort (in Palmerton), Asa Packer Mansion (in Jim Thorpe) and Hickory Run State Park (in White Haven). Plan for a day of cool, family-friendly fun on the 30th (Fri) at Kalahari Waterparks. There's still lots to do: hit the slopes at Camelback Mountain Ski Resort, try your luck at Mount Airy Casino, and cool off at Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark.
