Portsmouth is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Kick off your visit on the 5th (Thu): contemplate the long history of Riddick's Folly House Museum, then get engrossed in the history at Isle of Wight County Museum, and then stroll through Windsor Castle Park.
