Provo — 2 nights

Provo is the third-largest city in the U.S. state of Utah, located 43mi south of Salt Lake City along the Wasatch Front. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Provo: Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (in Draper), ATV & Off-Road Tours (in Heber City) and Rocky Mountain Outfitters (in Midway). There's still lots to do: take in the dramatic scenery at Bridal Veil Falls, see the interesting displays at Thanksgiving Point, and take in breathtaking views at Provo Canyon.

Salt Lake City to Provo is an approximately 1-hour car ride. You can also take a bus; or take a train. Traveling from Salt Lake City in June, expect a bit cooler with lows of 55°F in Provo. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 29th (Tue) so you can go by car to Evanston.
