Best known for its 1692 witch trials, Salem has a number of significant historical sites, a bustling downtown, and many witch-themed attractions.
Your day by day itinerary now includes Derby Wharf Light Station, Salem Common, Essex Street Pedestrian Mall, and other attractions you added. Start off your visit on the 6th (Thu): get engrossed in the history at The House of the Seven Gables, get engrossed in the history at Salem Witch Village, contemplate the long history of Salem Maritime National Historic Site, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Winter Island Park, then buy something for everyone on your list at Essex Street Pedestrian Mall, and finally look for gifts at Hex: Old World Witchery.
