From its main thoroughfare, Boise greets visitors with a view of downtown framed by the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
Kick off your visit on the 14th (Wed): wander the streets of Hyde Park, walk around Camel's Back Park, and then identify plant and animal life at Hulls Gulch Nature Trail. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: learn about winemaking at Ste. Chapelle Winery, then do a tasting at Huston Vineyards, and then identify plant and animal life at Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge.
