Stretching through the White Mountain National Forest, Lincoln welcomes hikers along the Appalachian Trail.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Haverhill-Bath Covered Bridge and The Frost Place. Bring the kids along to Quincy Bog Natural Area and Ice Castles. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Lincoln: Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm (in Tamworth), Bethlehem (The Rocks Estate and Christmas Tree Farm & The Gallery at WREN) and Sugar Hill Historical Museum (in Sugar Hill). There's lots more to do: explore and take pictures at Flume Gorge, learn about winemaking at Seven Birches Winery, and examine the collection at New England Ski Museum.

Boston to Lincoln is an approximately 2.5-hour car ride. You can also take a bus. Traveling from Boston in April, expect slightly colder with lows of 31°F in Lincoln. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 12th (Fri) early enough to drive to North Conway.

Kick off your visit on the 13th (Sat): have fun and explore at MWV Children's Museum, explore the activities along Rocky Gorge, then pause for some serene contemplation at The Little White Church, and finally look for all kinds of wild species at Dahl Wildlife Sanctuary.

Traveling by car from Lincoln to North Conway takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 54°F in April, and nighttime lows around 36°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Sat) to allow time to drive back home.
