— 39 nights

The Capital of the South

Georgia’s largest city and capital, Atlanta is a thriving metropolis anchored by its southern roots.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Ebenezer Baptist Church of Atlanta and Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail. Venture out of the city with trips to Marietta (McFarlane Nature Park & Marietta Cobb Museum of Art), Chattanooga (Fishing Charters & Tours, Raccoon Mountain Dam, &more) and Cartersville (Etowah Indian Mounds State Park, Booth Western Art Museum, &more). Dedicate the 28th (Sun) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. Spend the 29th (Mon) exploring nature at Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park. There's much more to do: take in nature's colorful creations at Atlanta Botanical Garden, admire the striking features of Fox Theatre, wander the streets of Virginia-Highland, and get engrossed in the history at Swan House.
