Get some historical perspective at Gifford Homestead and Fruita Campground. Step out of the city life by going to Capitol Reef National Park and Highway 12 Scenic Byway. Venture out of the city with trips to Anasazi State Park Museum (in Boulder) and Fruita Schoolhouse (in Capitol Reef National Park).
