Natchez is the county seat and only city of Adams County, Mississippi, United States. You've now added Longwood to your itinerary. Start off your visit on the 10th (Mon): walk around Vicksburg National Military Park, then take an in-depth tour of U.S.S. Cairo Museum, and then explore the different monuments and memorials at Vicksburg National Cemetery. On your second day here, take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Mary Basilica, contemplate the long history of First Presbyterian Church, steep yourself in history at Longwood, then get engrossed in the history at Rosalie Mansion, and finally contemplate the long history of Stanton Hall.
