Perched at the northern end of Washington's Pacific coast, the mid-sized city of Bellingham serves as an important stopover on the road between Seattle and Vancouver.

Venture out of the city with trips to Fort Casey State Park (in Coupeville), Deception Pass State Park (in Oak Harbor) and Cap Sante Park (in Anacortes). And it doesn't end there: head outdoors with Outdoor Activities, tour the pleasant surroundings at Whatcom Falls Park, take a stroll through Fairhaven Historic District, and take in the exciting artwork at Jansen Art Center.
