Historic High Country

A small resort town located in Georgia's "Historic High Country," Blue Ridge sits right on the national scenic trail that follows the Appalachian mountain range for over 3,300 km (2,100 mi).
Change things up with these side-trips from Blue Ridge: Bald River Falls (in Tellico Plains), Murphy (Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino, Cherokee Cellars Winery, & more) and Blairsville (Vogel State Park & Meeks Park).
