One of the country's most popular shopping destinations, Dallas and its sprawling suburbs include more shopping centers per capita than any other urban center in America.
On the 20th (Thu), walk around Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, see the interesting displays at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, and then don't miss a visit to Grassy Knoll. On your second day here, see the interesting displays at The George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, then admire the masterpieces at Dallas Museum of Art, then examine the collection at Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and finally stop by Wild Bill's Western Store.

Take a break from Los Angeles with a short trip to Disneyland Park in Anaheim, about 36 minutes away. Pack the 24th (Mon) with family-friendly diversions at Universal Studios Hollywood.
